Policies for Weddings & Private Special Events

Colorado Rickshaw t is committed to providing professional transportation services for weddings, private parties, and other special events. Our drivers are trained, licensed, and insured.

Down payment
To guarantee your booking, we require a down payment of the first hour per pedicab, plus transport fee in advance.

Payment may be made by check, credit card or money order. You can pay online now by credit card through Paypal.

Cancellation / refund policy
For a full refund of your down payment, cancellation of services must be made at least 72 hours in advance. 24 to 72 hours notice will entitle you to a refund of the transport fee.

Refunds will not be given for less than 24 hours notice.

In the case that the pedal cabs arrive at the event and, for whatever reason, it is determined that pedal cab services are not needed (i.e. rain, snow, etc.), you will not be entitled to a refund of the down payment (first hour + transport).

Decorations
The pedicab(s) may be decorated as long as no materials that may damage or mark the finish are used. NO Silly String. Please plan for additional time for decorating.
